CEO: Express Wages signs corporate beta, readies Next Big Thing pitch
ALFRED MILAN, founder and CEO of startup Express Wages LLC, recently completed the Project Fintech curriculum at Nashville Entrepreneur Center and is back home in Memphis preparing to pitch his beta-stage company to judges assembled for the “Next Big Thing” startup pitch event.
Milan conceived the company in January 2023 and registered it in Tennessee and Delaware the following summer.

Hi Alfred, thanks for joining us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea?
Going from idea to execution is the beginning of a light bulb moment for our organization. As a CEO of another organization, I was asked about this idea from an employee, and it got me to realize if we could pull it off, we will be able to build a great company.
